Terms of service

1. What the service is

You send a message in English. It reaches her in Thai. She replies in Thai and you read it in English. Translation is by ThaiPo, and the women you can write to are real people who linked their own accounts by choice. We require everyone here to be 20 or over. How they joined, how that is checked, and how anyone is removed is under Safety.

Passing messages between the two of you and translating them is the heart of it. Three other things are possible here and each has its own section below: you can buy her a lady drink, you can buy something from the Shop, and you take a video call when she starts one.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to use Up To You Ka. You can sign in with an email address or a supported sign-in provider. Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. One account per person.

3. Free messages, and paying

• You get a small number of free messages every day, so you can try the service before paying anything. They refresh each morning at 9am Thai time. The allowance covers your whole account rather than resetting per person you write to.
• What she writes back never uses them up, so a reply costs you nothing and cannot use up your free messages. There is also a limit on how many different women you can open a conversation with in a day while you are still free.
• After that, sending needs a paid pass. Current prices are shown on the home page, on What it costs, and at the point you are asked to pay, in Thai Baht (฿).
• Pass payment is handled by ThaiPo through Stripe. We never see, handle or store your card details. What you are paying for is AI translation, which costs real money on every message in both directions, and your pass works across ThaiPo wherever you use it.
• A pass is a single payment for a fixed number of days. It is not a subscription. It does not renew, no card is kept on file, and there is nothing to cancel: it simply runs out on the date you were told, and you are only ever charged again if you choose to buy another. Buying another while one is still running adds to the end of it. We do not do part-period refunds on a pass you have started.
• Prices can change. A change never affects a pass you have already bought, only what the next one costs.

Lady Sponsorship

Where offered, Lady Sponsorship is a separate subscription for one named lady at ฿10,000 per month. ThaiPo handles payment through Stripe, taking the first payment at checkout and renewing it monthly until cancelled. You must expressly agree to those renewals. You can sponsor more than one lady; each has its own charge and cancellation.

• A paid sponsorship includes unlimited translated messages with that lady, access to her shared private sponsor gallery, and a sponsor badge. It does not use your free or purchase-earned message allowance. Pro access to other ladies, drinks and gifts are separate.
• Her sponsor posts are shared with all her sponsors. There is no promised number of posts, posting schedule, reply, response time, call, meeting or exclusive relationship. Her existing public profile remains available as before.
• Cancel renewal at any time in Account > Lady Sponsorships. Your paid benefits continue until the displayed end date. An unpaid renewal does not extend access. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund the current paid month.
• If she leaves the platform, new sales and renewals stop and we refund unused paid time from the date her sponsorship becomes unavailable. We do not transfer your sponsorship to another lady. Contact support about a billing error or a sponsorship affected by blocking; access stops immediately when a block is known to us and renewal is cancelled while we review any refund due.
• Sponsor content must be nonsexual. Sexual content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, and paid sexual services are not permitted. A sponsorship does not entitle anyone to demand content, private contact details or personal time.

4. Buying a lady drink, and the Shop

Separately from a pass, you can put a real soft drink on her bar's till, and you can buy things from the Shop. Both are optional, neither is ever automatic, and you are never charged for either unless you ask.

• A lady drink is a real, non-alcoholic drink rung in at her bar, and she earns her usual commission on it exactly as she would if you were standing at the bar. Alcohol cannot legally be sold online in Thailand, so a drink bought here is always a soft one. What you are buying is that till entry, not a promise about how she reacts to it.
• Shop items are sold by the bar and handed over by the bar. You choose a venue when you buy, and the item is collected there. We pass the order on and take the payment. We are not the ones who hand it to you.
• Prices and stock are per venue and can change. If something is out of stock or a bar cannot fulfil what you bought, we refund that item in full.
• Refunds. Anything we have not yet handed over, we will refund if you ask. Once an item has been collected it is yours and is not refundable unless there is something wrong with it. A refund on one item does not cancel the rest of an order, and the rest still stands.
• Payment for both goes the same way as a pass, through ThaiPo and Stripe. We never see your card.

5. Her messages are never taken away

When your free run ends, or when your pass runs out, you lose the ability to send. You never lose the ability to read. Every message she has written to you stays visible to you for as long as your account exists. We will not put words a woman has already written behind a payment, at any price, for any reason.

6. Replies are not guaranteed

The women here are people with jobs and lives, not staff answering a queue. Some reply quickly, some slowly, some never. We do not pay anyone to reply, we do not write replies on anyone's behalf, and there is no bot pretending to be a person. A pass buys you the ability to send and to have your messages translated. It does not buy her attention, and no refund is owed because someone did not write back.

7. How to behave

Be a person she would want to hear from. The full conduct rules are under Safety and they are part of these terms. The things that end an account fastest:

• This is not an escort service and not a way to arrange paid sex. Do not solicit, offer, negotiate or arrange commercial sex here, and do not advertise it. That holds whether the money is named or implied, and whether it is called a gift, a fee, sponsorship or an allowance. It holds whether the conversation happens here or is moved somewhere else to finish.
• No threats, harassment or abuse. Sexual content is not permitted.
• Nothing involving anyone under 18, in any form. Nothing illegal, and nothing you are asking someone else to do that is illegal where she is.
• Do not pressure anyone for their private contact details, and do not keep messaging someone who has stopped replying.
• No advertising, recruitment or spam of any kind, and no probing, scraping or overloading the service.

We do not run a filter over what you write, and we are not going to: your messages reach her exactly as you typed them. What we act on is the account. The women here can report a conversation and can block anyone, from their own phone, a person reads every report, and an account that breaks the rules above is suspended or closed without a refund. Where the behaviour is serious it goes without a warning first, and a ban is recorded against the person rather than the login.

8. Her messages and her pictures stay here

What she writes to you, the photographs she has chosen to show you, and any part of a video call are between the two of you. Do not repost, publish, forward or share any of it anywhere else, and do not record or screenshot a call. This is one of the few things on this service we cannot undo for her afterwards, which is why it costs an account rather than a warning.

You keep what you write. She keeps what she writes.

9. Video calls

Some conversations reach the point where a call makes sense. She starts it, always. There is no way for you to ring her, and no way for us to place a call for you. If she does not start one, there is no call.

Everything in section 7 applies on a call exactly as it applies in writing. On top of that: do not record a call, do not screenshot or film it, and do not share any part of one anywhere. A call is between the two of you. We treat a breach of this the way we treat abuse, and the account goes without a refund.

Calls are translated live, so section 11 applies to them too. It is AI translation and it can be wrong.

10. She can leave at any time

Anyone here can withdraw at any time. A woman working at one of the venues tells the venue's management. A woman here independently removes the Official Account on LINE. Either way she is removed and stays removed, and conversations with her end at that point. This is not something we can or would override, and it can happen mid-conversation.

11. Translations can be wrong

Translation is done by AI. It can be inaccurate, miss tone, or make something read more or less strongly than it was meant. Treat it as a good everyday translation rather than a precise one, and do not rely on it for anything legal, medical, financial or urgent. We are not responsible for misunderstandings a translation causes.

12. Your messages

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store, translate and deliver it, which is what the service is, and nothing beyond that. What we keep and for how long is in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you send.

13. Ending things

You can stop at any time. There is no subscription to cancel, so stopping is simply not buying another pass. You can delete your account and its messages yourself, straight away, from your Account page, and you do not need to ask us first. If you would rather a person did it, or you cannot sign in, the contact page reaches one. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first.

14. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights your consumer law gives you that cannot be waived.

15. Changes

We may change the service and these terms. If a change matters to you we will update this page and the date at the top, and say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

16. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
