Safety

Everyone on this service is a real adult who chose to be here and can leave whenever she likes. This page sets out how that is checked, what is not allowed here, and every route back off it, including the one for somebody who is not her.

The short version. She ticks a box to join and confirms she is 20 or over. Her ID is checked in person at the bar. This is not an escort service and not a way to arrange paid sex, and an account that treats it as one is removed without a refund. Anyone can leave at any time, for any reason or none, and nobody has to explain themselves.

Nobody is added without agreeing to it

There is no list anyone gets put on. A woman joins by opening the link herself, on her own phone, and ticking a box that says she is 20 or over and agrees to receive messages from customers. Until she does that she is not on the service, and the moment she does it is recorded with the date.

She signs in with her own LINE account, which is hers and not something a bar or anyone else can do on her behalf. If a name is claimed by the wrong person the claim has to be undone by an operator, so one account can never quietly stand in for another.

Everyone is 20 or over, checked by a person

Twenty is the floor, which is above the legal drinking age in Thailand and above the age anyone can be employed in a licensed venue.

For a woman working at one of the bars, her identity document is checked in person at the venue before she works there at all. That check is not a glance at a date: it is a look at whether the document is genuine, by people who see a great many of them. The venues are licensed and are required to hold staff records, so this happens whether or not this service exists.

The tick box is on top of that check rather than instead of it. For a woman here independently, with no bar behind her, the tick box is what we have, and we say so plainly rather than implying a check that did not happen.

What she agreed to, and what she did not

She agreed to be reachable by customers, through a translator, on her own phone. That is it. Nothing about being on this service commits her to answering anyone, to answering quickly, or to answering at all. Some women reply in minutes, some the next morning, some never, and none of that is something we lean on her about.

She is not paid by us to reply and we never write a message on anyone's behalf. When you read a reply here, you are reading her.

Her picture

The drawing on her card is manufactured. It is a character illustration, it is not a photograph of her, and it is what anyone who is not signed in ever sees. That is deliberate: the public internet gets a drawing.

She can also add real photographs of herself if she wants to, and many choose to. Those are hers, a person looks at every single one before it appears anywhere, and only signed-in customers can see them. They are never put on a public page, never handed to a search engine, and never used in an advert. She can hide or delete any of them herself, whenever she likes, without asking anyone.

Leaving

At any time, for any reason, or for no reason. Nobody has to justify it and nobody will be talked out of it.

  • If she works at one of the bars: tell the management at her bar. She is taken off straight away.
  • If she is here independently: remove the Official Account on LINE and she is off. No form, no notice, no waiting.
  • Either way, or if neither is easy: the contact page reaches a person and does the same thing.

Removal means removed and staying removed. Her cards come off the service, conversations with her end, and she is not quietly put back by a later refresh of our records from the bar's own systems, which is the way this usually goes wrong elsewhere. Her photographs go with her.

The one thing that does not vanish is the messages already sent, which stay in the store as the record of what was said. They stop being reachable through the service, and if you want them deleted as well, ask and we will delete them. We would rather tell you that than round it up to "everything disappears".

Asking on somebody else's behalf

You do not need an account, a connection to this service, or a reason we find satisfactory. If you are a partner, a family member, or anyone who has seen something on this service you think should not be there, use the contact page and say what it is. A person reads it.

We do not need proof of who you are to take something down while we look into it, because a picture taken down wrongly can go back up in a minute and one left up wrongly cannot be undone at all.

This is also the route for a woman who cannot get to her own phone, or who would simply rather someone else did it for her.

Not an escort service

We do not arrange, book, broker or introduce anyone for anything. There is no booking, no fee for meeting, no commission on a meeting, and nobody on our side who arranges one. Every woman here is at work at a bar or is independent, and what she does with her own time is her business and not a thing this service has any part in.

Not for arranging paid sex

Do not use Up To You Ka to solicit, offer, negotiate or arrange commercial sex, and do not use it to advertise it. This applies whether the money is named or implied, whether it is described as a gift, a fee, sponsorship, a monthly allowance or anything else, and it applies whether the conversation is happening here or being moved somewhere else to finish. It is the single clearest way to lose an account here.

Not a way to pressure someone

She is a person with a job, not a service that answers on demand. Do not pressure anyone for their private contact details, do not push for photos or video, and do not keep messaging someone who has stopped replying. Sexual content sent to someone who has not invited it is not banter and will be treated the way any other unwanted message is.

No threats, no harassment, no abuse, no attempt to intimidate anyone. Nothing involving anyone under 18, in any form, ever. Nothing illegal, and nothing that is a crime to write down where you are or where she is. No advertising, no recruitment, no promotion of another service, no spam.

Not somewhere her privacy stops mattering

What she writes to you is between the two of you. Reposting a woman's messages, her photographs, or any part of a video call, anywhere at all, is grounds for closing your account, and it is one of the few things here we cannot undo for her afterwards. Do not record a call, do not screenshot one, and do not share one.

What happens when somebody does one of these

A person reads it. The women here can report a conversation and can block anyone, from their own phone, and a report goes to a named operator rather than into a queue nobody clears. We do not run an automated filter over what you write, and we are not going to: your messages reach her exactly as you typed them, every time.

What we act on is the account. An account that does any of the above is suspended or closed, without a refund, and where the behaviour is serious it goes without a warning first. A ban here is recorded against the person rather than the login, so making a new account to come back does not work the way people expect it to.

If we close your account and you think we have it wrong, say so on the contact page and a person will look at it again.

Her data

What is stored, who sees it, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted is in the privacy policy. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act she can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw her agreement to be here. Any of those starts at the contact page and a person handles it. The rules of the service are in the terms.
