For bar owners in Pattaya and Bangkok
Rules for bars
A short list, so every bar knows where it stands. A bar on Up To You Ka agrees to these rules by staying on it.

Other apps
While a bar is on Up To You Ka, it must not run, host or promote another app or website that lets customers watch, message, tip or buy drinks for its staff, in the bar or online, and its staff must not send our customers to one.
Suspension
If a bar breaks this rule, we may suspend the bar and every lady who works there, without notice. While a bar is suspended it does not appear on Up To You Ka, and its ladies cannot send or receive messages, drinks or gifts. Their accounts are kept.
What the bar earned before the suspension is still paid.
Coming back
When the bar has stopped, it can ask us to lift the suspension. Once we lift it, the bar and its ladies come back as they were, with their conversations.
Let’s talk about your bar.
We agree your prices, explain settlement and help your team get started. Ask us anything before you decide.
