An example, not a sales forecast
A ฿170 lady drink means ฿170 for your bar.
Suppose your agreed in-bar lady drink price is ฿170. Twenty completed online purchases mean ฿3,400 payable to your bar. You pay the usual commissions and cover your normal costs from that amount.

Where our service charge sits
The customer’s online price includes our service charge above your agreed drink price. It is not deducted from that agreed amount. We confirm both prices with you before your bar goes live, so the cashier knows exactly what to ring in.
The full drink price means your agreed in-bar price, not the full amount charged to the customer.
From the purchase to your bank

Ring in confirmed purchases
Use a bin for the day’s online purchases. Put each confirmed lady drink on it at the bar’s agreed price, just as you would for a customer in the bar. A message saying “I bought one” is not a payment confirmation.

Check the night’s takings
Check your bin against the purchases shown in the owner portal. You can send your bin photo and Thai payment QR through your agreed LINE chat. If something looks wrong, raise it with us; a photo helps explain the difference.

Receive the next-day transfer
We calculate what is owed from completed customer purchases at your agreed prices and transfer to the bar in Thai baht. The bar then pays its team. You do not need to collect overseas card payments yourself.
Which day does a purchase belong to?
Takings follow your bar’s trading night, from one closing time to the next, using Thai time. A purchase after that boundary belongs to the following trading night. The owner portal shows the night, what is owed and transfers already recorded.
“Next day” refers to settlement after the trading night closes, not an instant transfer after every purchase. Payment is based on completed purchases; a bin photo is not a prerequisite for including them.
Shop gifts and sponsorships
Alongside drinks, customers can buy gifts in the Shop or sponsor a lady. Your bar typically earns a 20% margin on gifts and sponsorships. There is no gift stock for the bar to buy or hold: the lady buys the chosen item herself.
The exact split and settlement are agreed at setup, so your cashier knows what the bar keeps and what goes to the lady.
Online lady drinks are soft drinks. Your team earns the agreed commission through the bar.
