For Pattaya bar owners
An online channel that fits your bar.
We work with your bar, and payments go to your bar. Your team gets another way to connect with customers, using familiar tools and following your bar’s rules.

Getting your team started
-

Agree the setup
Tell us about your bar. Together we confirm drink prices, the share on gifts and sponsorships, payment arrangements and who will manage the account and purchases.
-

Invite your participating team
Share your bar’s joining link with the ladies who want to take part. They link their accounts, give consent and complete the checks. Everyone participating must be 20 or over.
-

Show them their inbox
Help each lady find her messages in LINE or UTYK Ladies. She reads and replies in Thai, and the customer reads the translation in his language. She can use her own words.
-

Help the first sale go smoothly
Make sure the cashier knows where purchase confirmations arrive, what price to ring in and how to check the takings. Your portal brings your team, sales and payouts together.
A few useful habits
Before the shift
Catch up with conversations when available. A thoughtful reply or a greeting to a regular can keep the connection going between visits.
When there is news
Use Tonight to share birthdays, parties and bar events. Ladies can browse the customer directory, make first contact and reconnect with someone they recognise.
While the bar is open
Customers in the bar come first. Set clear times for answering online messages, and put the phone away when serving or sitting with a customer.
Your phone rules still apply
One workable rule is up to ten minutes of replies in a quiet hour, only when she is not with a customer. Choose a routine that fits your bar. Before and after work, ladies decide when they are available.
Purchases can arrive around the clock. That does not mean anyone has to answer around the clock. Replies, photos and optional video calls are personal choices.
Short training, in Thai
Your owner portal includes seven short Thai videos: using the app, building regular customers, events, greetings, lanyards, phone rules and sponsorships. Watch together or share them in the team’s LINE group.
Watch the Thai training videosThe questions owners ask
Who pays the ladies?
Your bar does. We transfer your bar’s takings to the bar. Your cashier or finance team then pays the ladies under your normal arrangements.
Who controls the bar’s team?
Your authorised owner account manages your own bar’s participating roster, joining links and profiles, including marking a lady as having left. Participation also requires her consent and the platform’s checks. Ladies can choose to leave the service.
Can another bar access my ladies through its owner account?
No. Owner management access is restricted to the venues granted to that account. Another owner does not get management access to your team, your takings or your payouts.
What about someone trying to recruit through a customer account?
Recruitment is prohibited by the service’s terms. Someone can still register as a customer, so management permissions alone cannot prevent an approach. Report a suspected attempt with the account and conversation details. The team reviews reports and can suspend or close accounts that break the rules. No platform can promise that an approach will never happen.
Do we need to livestream or offer video calls?
No. Your team can start with messages. Photos, clips and video calls are available, but running a livestream is not a condition of joining. A lady chooses when she is available for a call.
Are sales guaranteed?
No. This opens another way to reach customers. Results depend on customer interest, participation and the conversations your team builds. Regular, personal replies give those connections a chance to grow.
Let’s talk about your bar.
We agree your prices, explain settlement and help your team get started. Ask us anything before you decide.
