This is worth being blunt about, because the category has form. When the free trial ends, what stops is your ability to write. Everything she has already sent you stays readable, and everything she sends you later stays readable, whether you are paying or not.

Anything you buy from a bar's Shop adds free messages too, on the same terms: they sit behind your daily free messages, you keep them until you need them, and they never expire. How many depends on what the item costs.
The price is what you pay, so it is the number on the item. If the bar has switched the messages off for something, the item says so rather than leaving you to work it out. Anything under ฿100 does not add any.
If what you bought was for a particular woman, she is added to your list as well, so the messages are usable on her rather than sitting there while the app tells you that you have run out.
This is a pass, not a subscription. You buy 30 days, those 30 days run out, and that is the end of it unless you choose to buy more. Nothing renews on its own, no card is kept on file, and there is no plan sitting in the background waiting to charge you again. Buying another pass while one is still running adds to the end of it rather than replacing it.
